There are different levels of employment opportunities at DOOR. These levels differ in qualifications, length of term and rate of pay. It takes all kinds of qualified personnel to run DOOR. It takes a passionate faith in Jesus Christ first and foremost. It also takes a passion for the city and its people. And it certainly takes a desire to share that passion with short term and long term volunteers and explorers. DOOR is primarily an educational organization dedicated to introducing, teaching and sharing with others God's transformative work in the City.
